The Rawline Scala collection

The Rawline Scala collection combines the rawness and artisan texture of the flat woven construction with all of the acoustical and practical advantages of carpet making the collection superior to any interior design.

Rawline Scala comprises three design themes, Minimal, Reflex and Heritage, each celebrating the eternal textures favoured by fashion and different cultures in all times. The references to the textiles’ textures and weaving structures are evident in the design expressions embracing three pattern scales from small to medium and large.

A sustainable world

Based on abandoned fishing nets, used carpets and industrial scraps

Rawline Scala is produced from regenerated and regenerable yarns partly consisting of used fishing nets that are collected, cleaned and reborn as strong carpet yarns. We want to contribute to a more sustainable world which is why we developed the concept based exclusively on recycled and recyclable yarn.
The yarn is regenerated because it is based on discarded fishing nets, used carpets and other industrial nylon waste that is regenerated as durable carpet yarns. The yarn is regenerable because after use it can be broken down to its original chemical components and recycled as a new nylon product that may be new carpet yarn, fishing nets or something entirely different.
